Adults - If you’re aging and trying to figure out how to do it well, you’re probably heard of SuperAgers…. older adults (age 80+) whose brains are said to work as well as the brains of adults 20-30 years younger.  Maybe you don’t believe it.  Maybe you’re jealous.  Maybe you want to know how they do it. Join us to learn about these SuperAgers and what we can implement to improve our brains.  Interactive program and discussion presented by Chris Damon, Gerontologist and Adult Educator, Lessons In Care.

This program will be held on Zoom.

Registration required in order to be eligible for supply packs (when applicable) or for reminder emails on login information but drop ins are always welcome.
